We charged the capacitors up to 5000V with 50uA current, no problems and we got 8.6uA and 11,2uA leak current at 5000V. Next step was to charge it to 6000V, with 50uA current, no problems and we got 10.5uA and 13,1uA leak current at 6000V.

Absolutely safe for 6000VDc constantly without any limited! We increased the voltage to 7000V and got 29uA and 33uA leak current.

Next step was to charge it to 7500V, with 60uA current, at 7500VDc the self-discharge is still very small (46uA -> 0.05mA and 39uA->0.04mA) but we not recommend more 7000VDc for Long Term use.
