CAPACITORs are new, were not used, from a warehouse. The Vacuum Capacitor doesn't have the original package and specifications. The contact is made of copper and is covered with silver.
Copper in some places have sulfation from long lying in the warehouse. This can easily be cleaned with ordinary soda.
