Ameritron AL-80B 160 - 15 Meter Linear Ham Radio Amplifier w/ Taylor 3-500ZG. This unit is in good condition for its age showing only some wear. The biggest issue is that the vent on the right side of the cabinet is a bit dented / warped.
Also, there is some slight tape residue on the top back left of the cabinet. Aside from those issues, and some small scuffs, scratches, and marks, the amplifier appears very clean! We are including a Taylor Tubes 3-500ZG tube which will be removed from the amplifier and packed safely for transit.
The amplifier was tested and we were able to measure the following power output on each band with 50 watts drive: 160 meters - 550+ watts, 80 meters - 550 watts, 40 meters - 550+ watts, 20 meters - 550 watts, and on 15 meters - 500 watts! This item was recently removed from an active and operational ham station, and is expected to be fully operational.
