Up for your consideration is a conservatively-used Ameritron AL-811H. This is the model that has (4) 811A tubes.

It reaches full output with less than 50W of drive. I have run this amp conservatively without exceeding 500 to 600W CW and about 300W on digital on 40 & 80, where the extra "oomph" comes in handy!

The amp will run on 160 through 10m, including the WARC bands but not, of course, on 60m. Typical drive for me has been 30W more or less to get over 500W out. This amp is built like a tank and can easily handle 600W CW.

It is setup to run 12 and 10m, so I will need to have proof that you have an amateur licence. Although there's not been much on 10 these days, I tested it into a dummy load today on 10m and easily got 500W, drawing about 650 mA of plate current and keeping the grid current in spec.

15 and lower get 600W CW. It is currently wired for 240 VAC but can easily be changed back to 120 VAC if you're so inclined. It does run more efficiently at 240 VAC. It has a 240V 15A plug. It comes with a printout of the manual that has all of the information. Packing is in a large box with the blown-in foam packing (Instapak). I will pack bubble wrap around the tubes which obviously must be removed prior to operating.
