I dont know anything about this item, it was tested for power only and powers on fine, I have no other way to test the unit beyond this. However it came from a working environment. I dont recall him telling me about any modifications but I didnt ask about any I didnt know to ask that. There are some papers on a 10 meter modification, not sure what that means.
