New RM Italy LA 144 Wideband VHF 2M amplifier (135-175 mhz) for VHF 2 meter HT Radio. The LA 144 is a wideband compact amplifier for VHF band, covering from 135-175 Mhz. Output is a nominal 60 Watts at full power (70 Watts Max) Input Drive from 0.5 Watt to Maximum of 4 watts, ideally suited to low power handheld transceivers. Output power depends both on input power and frequency of use. The graph illustrates the relationship between two parameters. Great performance , compact design, solid quality, works great for 2 Meter VHF HT Radio, here is a feedback from one of the customer: BTW, the LA144 works beautifully. Well made and when driven with my HT (about 5 watts) into a Comet dual band antenna on my truck, the output is nearly 70 watts! That is a great piece of gear.
