The faceplate still has the original plastic film over it, and the cabinet shows very little wear with only a few small scratches here and there. The inside is just as clean. The biggest cosmetic issue is that some of the cabinet/chassis screws are missing. Unfortunately, this one is going to need some work.

The high voltage was perfectly fine in standby mode, but once we put it into operation mode, one of the 572B tubes arced over. We also got a smell of some component burning, although we don't know exactly what it was. It's so very clean, and will make an excellent restoration candidate! The amp is currently wired for 220V (2-wire, no ground).

For safety reasons, we strongly recommend that you rewire it for 230V (3-wire). Read the manual on how to do this. As you can see, there is currently no plug installed on the cord. This item will be packaged using our InstaPak foam-in-bag system, ensuring the utmost protection!
