Please note these amplifiers were designed for use with older style HF transceivers which had valve output stages and therefore variable output impedance matching. If you intend using it with a modern transceiver, it will require use of the built-in ATU or an external ATU between the transceiver output and amplifier input in order to obtain a good VSWR and full output from the amplifier on some of the bands.

This is not a fault, it is just the way these amplifiers were originally designed by Yaesu. Collection only from Preston area of Lancashire. No post or courier services available due to item weight and the fragility of the valves inside the item. As valve amplifiers are easy to damage if you don't correctly tune and use them exactly as per the manufacturers instructions and also due to those that love playing with screwdrivers once they have got an item home, no guarantee or option to return is available sorry.
