1000W HF power amplifier 1.8 29 MHz, 4 x VRF2933, water cooling
This is home made amateur radio HF 1000W power amplifier. It covers all bands from 10 up to 160 meters. Modern VRF2933 MOSFET transistors are used along with high efficiency water cooling system. Automatic control of band change when using the YAESU or ICOM band decoder. Protection from exceeding the SWR in the antenna, input or output power overshot.
Dimensions 30 x 18 x 28 cm, weight about 8 kg. Input power is 30-50 W, the attenuator at the input is -7dB. An external 50-55 V power supply is required, FLATPACK2 HE 53.
It has two antenna connectors with the ability to independently select the operating bands for each output using the slide switch. In the kit I'll give the band decoder for ICOM transceivers.
