This custom designed HF QRP amplifier intended for QRP : operations or as driver for big gun PA. For low power SDR, just 1 mW input RF power for 100W output. This amplifier produced from high quality ORIGINAL parts, such as pair RD15HVF1, pair RD100HHF1 Mitsubishi transistors, OPA2674 IC and AMIDON cores. PA PCB mounted on aluminium heatsink for good cooling. PA has very flat frequency response from 1 MHz to 55 MHz. Nominal power supply is 13.5v.

Idle current is 0.4A (per one RD100, adjustable). Input and output impedance is 50 Ohm. Nominal input power is 0dBm (1mW). Maximum input power is 4dBm (2.5mW).

Nominal output power 50dBm (100W CW). Maximum output power is 51dBm (125W CW). Measured IMD3 performance is -32dB for nominal power.

Board size is 176x110 mm. Heat sink size is 200x120x37 mm. After package left Ukraine you can track it on Local Post web site.
