1kw mosfet -LDMOS -10meter LINEAR POWER AMPLIFIER-BASE. Newly built 10 and 11 m linear amplifier. Over 1200 w out with max 10 w input! Active device BLF188XR from NXP. Mounted on a copper heat spreader with the "CLAMP" method to ensure max heat transfer to heat sink.
LARGE heat sink with high power cooling fan on bottom. Active tracking of bias for max stability. Active feedback for lowest distortion. Analog "BIRD" meter for output indication. Includes a tuned and optimized high power low pass filter.
Very good and clean signal!!! All best components and a high power relay for antenna changeover. A full technical manual with all instructions will be provided with the board. Quiescent drain current 1500 mA typ. Peak CW power 1300 W. Efficiency at CW Peak power(1415W) 81.4%. Power Gain at P3dB 29.1dB. I drain at P3dB 31.6A.The LDMOS BLF188XRS-112 comes direct from factory and is ORIGINAL PART!! A good power supply that can be used with my amps or boards can be found here. Or a nother type that can be used with abit lower amperage here.
