This product data sheet is originally written in English. This custom designed HF QRP amplifier intended for field or mobile operations or as driver for LDMOS amplifier. This amplifier produced from high quality ORIGINAL parts, such as pair RD16HHF1 (or RD15HVF1) Mitsubishi transistors, OPA2674 IC and AMIDON cores. PA PCB mounted on metal basement for good heat dissipation.
PA has very flat frequency response. Nominal power supply is 13.5v. Idle current is 0.4A (adjustable). Input and output impedance is 50 Ohm. Nominal input power is 0dBm (1mW).
Maximum input power is 4dBm (2.5mW). Nominal output power 40dBm (10W CW). Maximum output power is 43dBm (20W CW). Measured IMD3 perfomance is -33dB for nominal power. We are open and active, regadless of the war.
