1.2 KW LDMOS 1.8 - 60MHz power amplifier board fully assembled. The board consists of two parts and may accept different types of LDMOS transistors, but optimized for 50v LDMOS devices. The boards are made of 2oz copper traces. Designed and manufactured in Australia.

All components are installed except the LDMOS device. PCB Size: 120 x 150 mm. Drain voltage: 48 - 55V. Drain Current: 30 - 35A max. Amplifier includes -2 dB attenuator and TVS protection diodes.
