1.2 KW LDMOS power amplifier 1.8-54MHz HF for BLF188XR
1.2 KW LDMOS 1.8 - 54MHz power amplifier board assembled. The board consists of two parts and may accept different types of LDMOS transistors, but optimized for BLF188XR. The board is double sided FR4 with 50 um copper thickness. All components are installed except the LDMOS device. You must use your own. Solder transistor to copper plate or use the Liquid Pro metal thermal interface. Amplifier has -4 dB attenuator on input for better impedance matching and increasing the driving power for about 2W at 1000W output. A temperature regulated bias circuit and a high power low loss wide band transmission line type transformer are used in amplifier. PCB Size: 37 x 100 mm input and 67 x 100 mm output. Drain voltage: 50 - 60V Drain current : 35A max Idq: depends of LDMOS used according to datasheet, 1A suggested for BLF188XR.
