CCI TC-12 and RG400 cables for output matching, wide band input transformer. LDMOS type - BLF578, BLF578XR, BLF188XR, MRFE6VP61K25H, MRF1K50.
PCB material - FR4, 2oz, tin plated. RF input power - about 2w for 1+ kw output, LDMOS type depended. RF output power - 1000W typical / 1300W max, LDMOS type depended. Lot doesn't include LDMOS power transistor!!
