This custom designed HF QRP amplifier intended for field or mobile operations. This amplifier produced from high quality ORIGINAL parts, such as pair RD16HHF1 Mitsubishi transistors, OPA2674 IC and AMIDON cores. PA PCB mounted on metal basement for good heat dispertion. PA has very flat frequency response. Nominal power supply is 24v.
Idle current is 0.4A (adjustable). Input and output impedance is 50 Ohm.
Nominal input power is 0dBm (1mW). Maximum input power is 4dBm (2.5mW).Nominal output power 43dBm (20W CW). Maximum output power is 46dBm (40W CW).
