2kw+ Linear Amplifier Board

  

A very high power solid state linear amplifier board. This board is designed for two LDMOS-FET's operating in a push-pull circuit. A Variety of RF LDMOS-FET'S can be mounted on the board. 2x BLF 188,188XR 2400w out.

(in my tests the 178 and 188 gave the best IMD results). These boards are the result of a long R&D into. LDMOS FET high power linear amplifiers.
