48-73 MHz CLASS AB WITH DRIVER 3,8-4,8W MAX. THIS AMPLIFIER IS IDEAL FOR HAM APPLICATIONS. The DC supply voltage must to be 50 V / 9,5A max / 300 Watts output with 3,8 watt input (16 dB total gain). Attention: The input attenuator 50 watt like my photos is option and not include in this price. I will can make this amplifier working with 5 or 30 watts input with different input attenuator.

This amplifier is build with high quality components ATC capacitors. To operate with this amplifier you will need a heatsink and cooling fan and power supply. I sell this amplifier without heatsing. This is one professional amplifier with N-Type connectors in & out.
The heatsing and fan are only for my test. All mode pallet amplifier: FM, CW , SSB. FQ working: Typical 48-73 MHz (practical 46 - 74 MHz). Working pallet voltage:50 volts. Input driver power: 3,8 to 4,8 watts max. Total power dissipation: 480 watts max. The physical dimensions of this pallet amp is: 77X153mm or 3.03X6 inches. 1X BLF278 or MRF151G HF/VHF N-Channel MOSFETs 300 Watts 175 MHz wide-band transistor. The data from BLF278 or MRF151G please visit NXP or MA/COM site. All tests are in 50 Volts 9,5 Ampere max.
