ALINCO Power Supply DM-330MV Instruction manual included 13.8V output confirmed. I was able to use it without any problems with a 100w radio. The voltage variable volume is rough and the voltage cannot be adjusted properly, so I recommend using it at a fixed 13.8V. If you set the switch on the back to preset ON, you can use it at 13.8V.
