Alpha 76A HF-Bands Ham Radio Linear Amplifier

This is an Alpha Model # 76A Ham Radio Linear Amplifier from a local Amateur Radio Operator's Estate. It uses two - EIMAC 8874 tubes, and is rated for continuous-duty operation please see the picture of the Specifications page from the manual. It can run on 120V AC or 240V AC input power 240V recommended. GENERAL DESCRIPTION (from the manual). The ALPHA 76A is a self-contained high frequency linear power amplifier capable of continuous operation at d-c plate input power in excess of two kilowatts PEP for SSB voice and one kilowatt average or continuous carrier, with no time limit (NTL). The Alpha 76A is tunable over the range 1.8 2.0 plus 3 24 MHz, optimized for convenience in the five amateur bands 15 through 160 meters. Export-only models with E suffix have six bands extending to 30 MHz, including the amateur 10 meter band. I believe the 10-Meter band has been enabled on this one.
