This VHF Power Amplifier module is for FM use 80-108MHz, gives typically 22W RF output with 100mW drive. Power supply 12.5V DC nominal (designed for vehicle supply). This is a genuine original new module not some hopeful far-east copy or salvage from used equipment. A google search of BGY33 should easily find you the fully Data Sheet, although if you need help send me a message, glad to help. This example is new old stock, stored for years, but under ideal conditions with ESD protection. It has never been used or even taken out of the manufacturers packaging shown.
