BLF177 x 4 MOSFET PA Linear Amplifier 600W Module HF / 6m / 4m with schematic

  

These modules were designed to run at around 90MHz at 600W I believe. They were originally water cooled and include a driver stage meaning only a small input is required for full output.

The boards are ideal as a basis for an HF or VHF linear amplifier up to the 70MHz or 4m band. You may have to make some part changes to fit with your exact needs but I know others who are running them as-is on 4m. I will include the schematic diagram I was given with them. For conventional designs, the driver stage would not be needed, so you can remove that and use the transistor in another project. All of the MOSFETS have been DC checked and as they came from unused equipment, they should work perfectly. People blow things up and tell you they arrived like that you know!! If you don't do this, the moisture content in the pages and hard cover can change, resulting in curly pages and warped covers. They may straighten later, but often don't.
