Bogen Challenger HF10g 10w 1950s Vintage Valve Amplifier / Mono. Fully Working
Believed to be late 1950s. Hard to find in the UK or The US. It's a 110v - 10 watt mono output valve amp in almost original condition. I had intended to hot rod this wee thing as it absolutely roars if pushed with a guitar or harmonica (I've got a rca to 1/4 connector and it can be connect through the mag rca plug on the rear). Bought as a project, I've fitted some good old school valves to it and fitted grounded power cable (still have the brown original 2 prong and will include in sale if wanted so it can be refitted if that's your thing).
Rectifier - RCA 6X5GT Preamplifier: Mullard's ECC83 and ECC81 Power amp: Brimar 6V6GT Sylvania 6v6GTG. If I was keeping it and using it for guitar/instruments I would fit 1/4 inch jacks for input and speaker outputs. As It is US spec 110v it will require a transformer if being used at UK 240v.
