A one man walk up mast operation that converts your T&K wall mounted brkts into a budget base tilt mast unit. Comes complete with all nuts, bolts, washer, U bolts.
Fix your K brkt to your wall just above ground level, Set your T brkt square inline above it, Say approx 5 to 6 ft apart. Offer the Adapter tilt mast brkt to the K brkt sitting the unit on top of the 40 x 40 angle in line with the u bolt holes, Put the u bolt around the stub tube and nip the u bolt up slightly to secure the adapter brkt while you mark inside the hole with a marker pen or other then drill a 8 mm diameter hole. Put your M8 X 25 Supplied bolt, washers and nut through the hole and tighten down. Nip up you u bolt and your ready to slot your tube mast into the tilt socket, Nip the 2 pinch bolts up to secure your mast into the socket and nip up the locking nuts. Your now ready to walk your mast up into the vertical position and put your u bolt in your T brkt to secure in the vertical position.
Takes mast size 53 mm diameter Max. The unit is blasted, Base coated and top coated, Finished in satin or gloss black Premium Powder coat finish.
