Drake L4 HF Linear Amplifier and PSU. 2KW PEP SSB from 2 off NOS Amperex 3-500 Tubes which I also sourced at the same time. Switched Band change covering 10 m to 80 m. This unit is a very early model Sn 003 historic? It is complete with the original Drake Manual. It is a fantastic Drake Valve Linear and is Built like a Tank with high quality high spec parts and is Fan cooled (very quiet). The electrolytic capacitors in the PSU were replaced on receipt and I only used the Linear for very few hours. A real Drake Valve linear classic.
The manual shows the circuit diagrams for the Amplifier and the PSU and explains the connection options and set up processes. The Manual is clean if a little used and has been "marked up" in a few places by the original owner (USA). The L4 can be used with other rigs of course.
