Device will power on and produce an open-circuit voltage of 13.83V across its output terminals. Load testing could not be performed for lack of appropriate equipment. The fan in the bottom did not spin, but it is possible that it is a "smart" fan which only turns on when the device needs the extra cooling.

Contains scratches and scuffs from previous use. Terminals are free of corrosion, and the red and black caps screw in and out easily, with no looseness or binding. Includes one (1) DuraComm power supply for ham radio, etc. Does not include power input cable, output "banana jack" wires, or any other additional hardware or accessories not shown in photos.
