GU-48 Tube Power Triode? -48 eq. RCA 833? 300B? 2A3 New Old Stock lot 1pc
Equivalent to tube: RCA 833A. New from storage, without original BOX. The GU-48 tube generator triode, an improved version of RCA 833A tube. Well regarded by ham radio fans and hi-end audio tube amp builders. The GU-48 is a power triode intended for use in RF amplifier, oscillator, or class B modulator service. The GU-48 features rugged construction for high power RF transmitter applications. The envelope is fabricated from hard glass intended specifically for the high-temperature operation of transmitting tubes. The internal tube parts are supported by low loss ceramic insulators for high-temperature operation and high voltage hold-off. GU - a letter that determines the type of tube: GU - generator tubes with a generation frequency of 30 to 300MHz. 48 - the number of the serial number of the development of this type of tube. Technical specifications (at Un=10V, Ua=2.5KV, Ia=500mA). Filament current: 10 ± 0.8A. 1= -50V): 130 ± 70A. Anode current (at Ua=0.1KV, Uc1=100V): 700 ± 200mA. Grid current (at Ua=Uc1=100 V) 215 ± 85mA. Reverse grid current (at Ia= 150 mA): no more than 25µA.
