Heathkit SB-200 Ham Radio 572B Tube Amplifier (modified and untested) SN 01922. We were told it was in working condition, but upon further inspection it's been modified with switches on the front panel and we're not sure what these do. On top of that, it's obvious that the capacitors are in bad shape as they are beginning to bubble. At a minimum, it will need new capacitors.

You'll also notice that no tubes are included with the amp. The cabinet is in good shape, with the only exception being some double-sided tape residue where the previous owner had stuck a muffin fan. Although not photographed, the screen that covers the amp's internal components is included. This will make a great restoration piece or parts unit! We have made no attempt to power-on this unit or test in any way. Unless you are qualified and capable of working on this unit yourself, or have access to someone who can, we suggest you revisit the idea of whether this is the right equipment for you.
