Powers up with issue, relay works, has HV, but the RF output is only about 150 watts. Everything looks good in the amp. No arching or sign of abuse. Problem could be a weak output final. Over-all in good cosmetic condition. Has a few minor scratches. There is a conversion mod online for using a different tube.
