HF Solid State 500W Linear Amplifier
This is a DXWorld 500W Solid-State HF Linear Amplifier. Requires a 48-50V/20W Power Supply. It is two years old and I have been running it with excellent results until three days ago 11/18/2021, when it simply stopped working. There was no smoke or heat odor. The output simply dropped from 500W to 5W. Upon inspection, the circuit boards show no heat marks, visibly blown parts, or melted wiring.
It could just be a cap and a resistor, but I have no way of testing it. My loss may be your gain. I just don't want to hold on to it or bother with sending it out for repair. Please look closely at the photos and make your decision. I have nothing to hide here.
