High Power 1200w Linear Amp. 4 X Sd2933, Vrf2933 Board
4 X SD2933 HIGH POWER HF LINEAR AMPLIFIER BOARD. THE BOARD WILL TAKE 4 DEVICES 4X SD2933, VRF2933 OR WITH LOWER POWER OUTPUT 4X MRF150, BLF177, SD2931 etc. It is a push-pull parallel circuit that operates at 42-50V. The circuit uses dual feedback system for better linearity and optimized input VSWR. With 4 sd2933 (not provided)output is about 1KW all across HF and about 80% on 6M. Each Mosfet device has its own bias adjustment and all bias is regulated and has a built in safety thermal fuse and a temp. Tracking circuit to allow precise bias setting against changes in the devices case temp. All ready for your devices you can also use. This is very flexible board with excellent ground plane and transmission line transformer output. With good bandwidth to cover all amateur frequencies. I will supply all technical information and support for your work. Again- no mosfet's are supplied with this fully ready to operate board.
Just solder your picked devices attach the board to a heat sink. And you are ready for test and operate the board!
