Some scuffs, dust and marks. Cord looks like a replacement. Comes in a wooden case and has a metal rack for all the coils. Rack looks like it has a partial James Millen logo on it. I plugged it in and there were no strange smells or sounds. I plugged in a coil and using the dial, was able to get a reading. I don't know how to test further.
