The Amplifier has 1 x FLL 602IQ -2C GaAs FET which drives 4 x FLL 1501IQ - 2C These FUJITSU devices are able to run at. 150 watts each at 12 volts. This unit will make a very usable 13CM (2320Mhz) power amplifier with a little work. I dont have the time or the equipment to make it so. You will need quite a few amps to drive it to its maximum also a big heatsink.
They are good to 10Ghz and above. Comes with the Data Sheets for the FLL 1501 devices.
