KENWOOD TL-922A AMPLIFIER see video. Please watch video to see it in action. This amp has a matched pair of newer RF-Parts 3-500ZG tubes. Tube serial numbers are 08 11 588, and 10 02 099. It also has 10 meters so it covers Ham HF bands 160 to 10 meters. It was sitting unused for a number of years so I checked and reformed the capacitors. High voltage reads 2100 in CW and 3150 volts in SSB mode. It gets about 1300 watts out on 75 meters with 100 watts drive, and about 800 watts out on 10 meters with 90 watts drive. There are a couple of scratches and some wear due to age. Please see pictures for actual cosmetic condition. I do my best to check them out and list all defects I find, but some of these units are 20 to 40 years old or more. Since old capacitors, resistors, and the other parts can change or fail at anytime we cannot fully guarantee them. Unless stated otherwise this is used equipment. Honesty is the best policy. Sometimes we can not check out every function, and unless stated we do not completely rebuild or align equipment. We may do some repairs to get it operating. If you have any question about a certain function please ask, otherwise the new owner will be responsible for fully checking them out. Just ask us for combined invoice total.
