The Kilovac H-17 is a high vacuum relay with SPDT contacts. It will isolate 25kV and carry 30A. The coil voltage on this one is 12V d. In excellent "used" condition, tested and with no signs of abuse. Mounted in a sturdy SRBP housing with N-type connectors. Note that the connectors are fitted with shorting links.
