Palomar 300A linear amplifier

Up for your consideration i have this nice palonar 300a with the chrome top. I got this at an estate sale and was told it was working fine 2 years ago.

I did minimal testing i plugged it in the fan runs quiet and the power supply is quiet all 6 tubes light right up when I key up the radio I here the relay kick in but no output and my technician passed a while back so i have nobody to look at it any closer when I flip the preamp on i lose receive so im not to sure whats going on with it. All the tubes look good not all dark or burnt looking its in overall good condition the chrome top has a very small dent in it and some scratches in one spot as you see in the pics.
