Collins Radio Company 1 kilowatt HF Power Amplifier. Designed to autotune the 2-30 Megahertz range, Circa 1960s. Q1-Q7 Early vintage transistors control circuitry? NOTE: The 4CX250F (7204) is a beam power tube designed to operate up to 500 MHz with plate voltage up to 2000 V.

It was originally designed as an RF power amplifier tube for transmitters and requires forced air cooling. The 4CX250F is the same as the 4CX250B (7203), but with a 26.5 V filament instead of a 6 V filament. All mating connectors included as shown in the pictures.

It is my understanding that this amplifier was designed to operate with 150 milliwatts of drive power. The donor unit was complete other than missing the output vacuum relay and the forward reflected power bridge. The transformers potting coating had liquified and made a mess of the main chassis, so I pulled this module out and all the required mating connectors.
