Single Device 1kw Ldmos-fet Linear Amplifier Board

1 KW LDMOS-FET LINEAR AMPLIFIER BOARD. This populated , device ready board, was created to enable the use of the latest LDMOS-FET's devices. Devices that will fit this board are. BLF 578XR and the 1400w version BLF178XR. The MRF6VP121KH will do too but with lower output. All these will work well on this board. The board is double sided plated G-10 board 3oz. All parts are populated except the LDMOS device that you must provide. A temperature regulated bias circuit and a high power transmission line transformer for low loss and wide bandwidth are provided. A full technical manual with all instructions will be provided with the board. Here are some test results with the MRFE6VP12K25 device. Vbias: 12V for keying the amp. In the pictures attached you can see the build process. IN the pictures the mounting holes were not drilled yet. Board is supplied with all holes drilled! A good power supply that can be used with my amps or boards can be found here.
