TONO 100W VHF 2m band Linear Amplifier 144 - 146 MHz SSB - FM/CW HAM RADIO READ WELL BELOW! The amplifier is in good working condition and was tested before being put on sale. Operation were possible up to 5 W RF driving (55-80 W output). The last two pictures show the power out measured by the upper instruments while the lower monitors the input power driving. Please note this amplifier allows a real selection of CW/FM - SSB selection mode. The selector acts on the biasing input BJT RF amps for better linearity, this implies a different power output when moved from SSB to FM and viceversa, just keepthis in mind for future reference.

Some wear and little marks are present on the case, the heat-sink fins are scratched and slightly bent on the corners (see pictures). The rear panel is dented in the proximity of SO239 connector (its hard to spot it if You are not aware of it). According to manual the operative input power must be set in the 10-15W range to obtain 80-90 W RF power output. If driving power exceeds 15W or the voltage supply is higher than 15 V a failure of the internal transistor may occurs.
