TOPTEK PA-150U 430-470MHz 150W Power Amplifier
PA-150U UHF 430-470MHz 150W RF Power Amplifiers are very capable, efficient 2-stage UHF linear amplifiers for FM, SSB, CW and Digital modes of operation. This amplifier provides over 150 watts of output with only 2 to 5 watts input drive, dependent upon UHF frequency from 430 to 470 MHz, with slightly lower output from 460 to 470 MHz. An attractive and useful front panel with a digital multi-meter and push-button controls, and a heatsink chassis with cooling fans, makes this amp perfect for commercial or Amateur UHF operations.
Front panel digital metering of input and output power and SWR. Automatic Fault protection for SWR over 2:1. Built-in low-noise receive preamplifier, with band pass filtering; nominal 10 dB gain. PTT Input for proper operation in SSB, CW and Digital Modes.
RF sense keying for FM mode (PTT connection not required for FM). Mode switch for automatic SSB delay and peak power metering. Settable FM mode power output: LOW, Medium 100W and High 150W steps. Ultimate SSB maximum 5W PEP input, 170W PEP output (maximum peak power).
Amplifier standby maximum bypass power: 50W. Type N female connectors, 50 ohm Input and Output. (60cm) DC power cable, unterminated.
