The TOPTEK PA-150U is a 2-stage UHF linear amplifier covering 430-470 MHz, delivering over 150W output from just 2-5W of input drive. Designed for both amateur and commercial UHF operations, it handles FM, SSB, CW, and digital modes with a front panel digital multi-meter displaying input power, output power, and SWR simultaneously. Three selectable FM power steps (Low, 100W, 150W) and a dedicated SSB mode with automatic delay and peak power metering give precise control for any operating style. A built-in 10dB low-noise receive preamplifier with bandpass filtering, automatic SWR fault protection above 2:1, and RF sense keying for FM (no PTT required for FM) round out a fully self-contained amplifier package.
