TOPTEK PA-350V VHF Power Amplifier 135-165MHz, 350W, FM/SSB/CW, 2m
The TOPTEK PA-350V is a high-power solid-state linear amplifier designed for 2m amateur radio and commercial VHF operations across 135-165 MHz. Delivering up to 350W output from as little as 5W input (HT) or 10-25W input (mobile transceiver), it accommodates virtually any VHF radio with its two selectable input ranges (15W max / 30W max). A large green backlit alphanumeric LCD displays simultaneous input power, output power, and SWR readings in real time.
Power output is user-selectable in four steps (100W, 200W, 300W, 350W) for FM, and continuously variable up to 360W PEP for SSB. Multiple protection circuits, a built-in 20dB LNA with bandpass filter, thermostatically controlled fans, and RF sense or PTT keying make this a fully self-contained amplifier solution. Frequency: 135-165 MHz (covers full 2m amateur band). Output power: up to 350W FM / 360W SSB PEP. Two selectable input ranges: 15W max or 30W max. 300W output from 5W HT input; 350W from 10-25W mobile input. FM power steps: 100W, 200W, 300W, 350W (user programmable). Built-in 20dB LNA with bandpass filter for low-noise receive. RF sense or PTT keying (PTT required for SSB/CW). Thermostatically controlled fans - quiet at low power.
