Yaesu FL-2100B Ham Radio 572B Tube Amplifier (sold as-is for restoration)

  

This old FL-2100B amplifier was acquired in an SK estate. We had no idea what it's operational condition was, so we gave it a shot. It's wired to 220V, powered up and we got high-voltage, however one of the tubes wasn't lighting up and the other was glowing cherry red. We then shut it off and have done no further testing. Is this just bad tubes? The amplifier appears complete inside, all original (caps, etc) and free of modification. Please note that the tubes are not included in the sale.
