The IP (plate current) meter did not swing. The meter is swinging at the PWR and REF positions.
The output changes by adjusting the PLATE and LOADING knobs, so although the plate current is flowing, there may be a malfunction in the meter circuit. Also, the POWER lamp does not light up even when the power is turned on. Regarding accessories, you will only receive the products shown in the photo. Please see photos and video if available.
